Livigno is totally immersed in the Stelvio National Park and this gives the opportunity to take part in wonderful trips.
Starting from Hotel Teola, you can take the bike and walking lane and admire the town centre and the nature that surrounds Livigno. Once again, starting from our hotel, you can experience several trips, both in summer and winter. Here are a few of them:
- Breath-taking view on top of Crap de la Parè. There is one thing which is certain: it will be worth getting up there. The view is something exceptional, just like no others. The path to get there is stunning too. A series of ups and downs wait you first, then the path becomes a little easier, with a view of the Livigno valley and Mount Vach in the background. You slowly climb up to an altitude of 2,390 meters, before you reach the top.
- Discovering the local huts with Giro delle Tee. This is a circular route within the Livigno valley, from where you can admire the entire valley, the artificial lake and many wooden huts built in alpine style. You will feel in close contact with the nature of the so called “Little Tibet”.
- Discover Cancano lakes on foot or by bike: you can reach Cancano lakes by bike or following the path on foot. A series of bends with a view will take you straight on top, from where you can admire a wonderful view.
- To Adda springs: a path of moderate difficulty, suitable for everyone. Starting from Latteria di Livigno reach the springs of Adda river along the right bank of the lake. Enter the Stelvio National Park along a slightly narrower but fascinating path. Wherever you look, you will be amazed by nature. After Val Alpisella pass you will get to the springs of the river.
Winter trips can be enjoyed by fat bike or with snowshoes. In winter too nature is spectacular, full of views and enchanted valleys.
Great stay and great experience! The staff is very friendly and the meals are really great. The rooms look kinda old but cozy at the same time. Great hotel: worth to try, both with family or alone. I would definitely come again.
